1 cup white rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 small can of tomato sauce
chopped onion and bell pepper
salt and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place white rice and oil in pot. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
