4 boneless pork loin chops
2 T olive oil
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 c pineapple jc
2 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook chops in oil until brown about 8 minutes. Add onions and cook until tender.
Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar and vinegar. Pour over chops and simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve over hot noodles
