10 - 12 yellow squash, sliced 1 T. salt 2 c. crushed potato chips 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 T. pepper 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
Cook squash with onion in small amount of water until squash is tender. Drain well and add salt and pepper. Layer squash with cheese in a 9 x 13 buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted and squash is bubbly (appx. 25 mins.)
