1 box (6 oz ) long grain and wild rice
1/4 c diced onion
1 c chopped celery
2 T butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c diced chicken, cooked
1 lb broccoli, thawed and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Prepare rice according to directions.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender
Combine all ingredients in greased casserole dish.
Bake 40 minutes
