2 bags of hashbrowns dehydrated onions salt and pepper 1 stick butter 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 big box velvetta cheese 2 cups milk or half and half
Unthaw hashbrowns over night. Spray pan or crock pot with pam. Place the ingredients in a crock pot or they can be baked in a pan in the oven. Heat until the cheese has melted and potatoes are hot. Or in the oven at 350º for 1 hr.
