1 pkg (8oz) wide noodles
2 T. butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. salt
1/2 t. nutmeg
8 slices bacon, crisp cooked & crumbled
2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain. In small saucepan, melt butter and cook onion until transparent.

In large bowl, combine eggs, salt & nutmeg. Add noodles, butter-onion mixture, bacon & cheeses.

Place in 2 qt baking dish, bake 45 min. or until golden brown.
