4 thick slice pork chops, seasoned and browned
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. catsup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place each browned pork chop in a baking dish. Top each chop with 1 slice of onion, 1 lemon slice, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. catsup. Add water and cover. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
