1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In small glass jar shake together vinegar, water, olive oil, soy sauce, syrup, mustard; garlic, salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator until needed. Olive oil will solidify slightly. Bring to room temperature and shake before using.
