3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. olive oil
2 limes
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetable oil, olive oil, zest and juice of both limes, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce. Whisk until sauce is emulsified.
