1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. freshly ground mixed peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, mustard, garlic and pepper. Use to marinate chicken, fish or vegetables before baking or grilling.
