1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped red onion
Zest and juice of 1 orange
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine buttermilk, onion, orange zest, orange juice, oil, garlic, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until the sauce is emulsified.
