1 1/4 lb. carrots, cut in strips
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except carrots. Put carrots in casserole and pour other ingredients over. Cover and bake 375 for 40 min.
