1 bag frozen or fresh broccoli
1 small onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until crisp tender. Combine soup, mayonnasie, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and onion. Add broccoli. Spray casserole dish with PAM. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
