1 can (15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped red pepper 1/2 c. chopped red onion 1 medium tomato, chopped 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives 2 tbsp. chopped pickled jalapeno peppers 1 tsp. pickled jalapeno pepper juice 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. cider or red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill for several hours.
