1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add sugar; cook slowly until sugar dissolves. Add cream and cinnamon; bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Add vanilla. Keeps at least one week in refrigerator. Serve warm over banana fritters. Also delicious over ice cream.
