3-4 slices bacon
2 tsp. onion salt
1 can mushrooms - stems and pieces - juice and all
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint 1/2 and 1/2
1 can Swanson's chicken broth
1 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. white wine
2 c. cooked wild rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon. Add onion salt, mushrooms, cream of potato soup, 1/2 and 1/2, chicken broth, cheese, white wine, wild rice, and salt and pepper. Simmer 20 min. or longer.
