bunch broccoli
1 onion
2 big potatoes
2 grated carrots
6 chicken bullion cubes
1 qt water
16 oz cheese whiz or velveeta
WHITE SAUCE:
1 cube margarine
cup flour
1 qt water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes, onion and carrots in 1 qt of water. As the vegetables are nearly cooked, add the broccoli and chicken bullion cubes. Then make a white sauce by melting the margarine and adding the flour. Once they are combined, add the 1 qt water and heat to allow it to thicken. Once its fairly thick, add to the vegetables and add the cheese whiz and mix it all up.
