32 chicken wings
1/2 cup vinegar
4 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut off and discard bony wing tips. Cut remaining wings in half.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Marinate wings in mixture for two hours.
3. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes at medium temperature,turning frequently.
4. Remove from grill, sprinkle with black pepper and enjoy.

For a milder wing (or for St. Patricks Day), substitute Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce or any jalapeno based sauce.
