1 pkg. chicken-flavored Ramen noodles
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 medium sized head of green cabbage
3 T. Sugar
3 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Flavor packet from Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the Ramen noodles in a large bowl. Toast the almonds using a small fry pan over medium heat until lightly toasted; add to noodles. Slice or shred the cabbage and toss with noodles and almonds. For the dressing - combine sugar, red wine vinegar, oil and the flavor packet from the noodles. Mix very well. Just prior to serving pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
