1 1/2 lbs. top round steak, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 egg
1 cup flour
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and milk together.
Coat strips of steak with flour, dip in egg mixture then re-coat with flour.
Fry steak over med. heat in oil until brown & crispy
Add salt & pepper to taste.
