1 pt. heavy cream
10 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 tsp. Worcestershire saue
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream, then stir in blue cheese, chives, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Chill well.
