4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
Broccoli, cooked to crisp tender
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Grated Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, chicken, broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Place in 9 x 13 in. pan. Put cheese on top. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
