8 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk with 3/4 tsp. mustard
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 - 2 lb. link sausage browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 13 in. pan. Layer cubed bread and sprinkle cheese on top. Place sausage on top of cheese. Beat milk, eggs and mustard together with a little salt and pepper. Pour over all ingredients. Refrigerate over night. Just before baking mix evaporated milk and mushroom soup and spread over top. Bake 1 1/2 hour. at 325.
