1 envelope brown gravy mix
1/2 c water
3 T soy sauce
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pork tenderloin cut in 1/2" slices or 2 boneless chops
1/4 c olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 5 ingredients; set aside.
In large skillet, brown pork in oil on all sides. Stir in gravy mix and onion. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.
