2 unbaked pie shells
1/2 c. margarine or butter (1 stick)
3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. whole milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake 325 for 45 minutes. Lower heat to 315 if crust is browning too quickly. You can cover the crust edges with aluminum foil & remove the last 15 min. of cooking.
