4 large portobello mushrooms
1 1/4 cup shreded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup raisins (optional - I don't use them)
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 lb lump crab meat
2 tbsp vegetable broth

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Place mushrooms in greased casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl except 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spoon mixture into mushrooms and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
