3 tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 c. uncooked bow-tie pasta
Salt to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
1 large Roma tomato, peeled and diced into 3/4 in. pieces
2 tbsp. sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, add heavy cream and heat well. Add the feta, mozzarella and 2 tbsp. Parmesan, stirring often and heating just until cheese melts. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and add to cheese mixture; stir to coat well. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with tomatoes, green onions and the remaining Parmesan.
