1 pkg organic mixed greens
1 Fiji apple, sliced in small places
Chevrion Goat Cheese, cut in small pieces
1 cup of walnuts, toasted and cooled
Ken's Steak House Brand Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Add vinaigrette and toss to coat.

Variation:
Mixed greens, canned mandarin oranges, toasted walnuts, gorgonzola cheese.
