1 1/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
12 saltine crackers
1 large can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, pork, onion, salt, allspice, cloves, crackers and evaporated milk together. Shape into balls and brown very slowly. Place meatballs in a casserole. Add a little water to the frying pan and stir to scrape up brown particles. Pour over the meatballs and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 min.
