1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks beaten
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens - about 12 min. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and nuts. Cool until spreading consistency. Stir occasionally.
