1 lemon cake mix with pudding 1 pkg. lemon jello 3/4 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. water 4 eggs Topping: 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 c. powdered sugar
Mix first 5 ingredients together for 2 min. Bake in 9 x 13 in. pan for 35 min. at 350º. While cake is still warm, prick all over top with fork. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar together. Pour over entire top. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
