4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. of frozen chopped broccoli
1 box of Rice-A-Roni (chicken & broccoli)
1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
1 T. margarine
1 T. basil
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice mix and 1 T. of margarine in skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Slowly stir in 2 c. of water, basil, & seasoning and bring to a boil. Add chicken breasts, cover and simmer for 10 mins. Add broccoli and tomato then cover and reduce to low heat and let simmer for 15 - 20 mins. (until the chicken and rice are tender). Spread with cheese and let set for 3 mins.
