1 receta de crepes dulces (ver receta básica), perfumada con ron o licor de cacao.

Relleno: Helado de vainilla, de chocolate o de café

Baño y adorno: Salsa de chocolate y nueces picadas o praliné de nueces.

Directions:
Si los crepes son preparados con anticipación, hay que calentarlos colocándolos uno encima de otro en un plato, encima de una olla pequeña con agua hirviendo y cubrirlo con la tapa de una olla del mismo tamaño del plato.

Se rellenan estando bien calientes con el helado elegido. Servirlos con salsa de chocolate caliente y salpicarle encima nueces picadas o praliné de nueces.
