1-3/4 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup frozen orange concentrate, thawed
1/8 cup lemon juice
3/4 tsp. orange rind
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ginger, optional

Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. (up to 2 days)
