Angel Food cake baked according to directions

1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cream, whipped
1 t. almond extract
Almonds and coconut for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions. Cool and tear into pieces.
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and almond extract, stirring til smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture.
Whip cream and fold in.
Layer cake pieces and cream mixture in pan. Finish with more whipped cream over top. Top with slivered almonds and coconut.
