1 egg
1 c milk
3 T oil
2 c flour
1 c sugar
21/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c fresh or frozen blueberries

Vanilla Sauce:
1 c sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/2 c butter, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
In large mixing bowl, beat egg, milk and oil.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add to egg mixture, beating until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake 50-55 minutes until done. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan.
For sauce, combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in cream until smooth; add butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir x 2 minutes or til thick. Serve with bread
