1 Pkg Ramen Noodle Mix
1/4 Cup Butter or Margerine
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Lb Fresh Broccoli, Coarsely Chopped
1 Head Romaine Lettuce, Torn
4 Green Onions, Chopped

Directions:

Remove flavor packet from Ramen Noodle mix and discard. Break noodles into bite size peices. Melt butter in a pan in a 350 oven. Add noodles & walnuts, bake, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Whisk together oil & next 4 ingredients. Toss walnut/noodle mixture, broccoli, onions, and lettuce together to coat. Serve immediately.
