1 baking potato
1 c peanut butter
4 c 10x sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potato until soft, cool, then peel and mash
Stir in 10x sugar and mix until stiff. On waxed paper, roll out mixture into 1/4 " rectangle. Spread peanut butter over entire rectangle (adjust thickness as desired). Roll up jellyroll fashion with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours. Cut into slices.
