1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can nonsweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize 1/2 c. sugar by melting it in a heavy pan over low heat. Stir constantly. Sugar will lump, then melt. When melted to a golden brown, pour quickly in a 10" pie pan.
Blend eggs, milks, and vanilla in blender; pour over caramelized sugar. Place pie pan in larger pan of water. Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool. Invert onto a large plate. Caramel sryup will run down sides of custard.
