Ingredients:
1/4 c. basil leaves, crushed
1/4 c. thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 c. oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 c. rosemary leaves/needles, crushed
2 tsp. black peppercorns, crushed
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds

Directions:
Place all of the crushed herbs in an airtight jar and store in cool, dark shelf. I use this mixture on many different types of fish, chicken or beef when want to spice up the dish. A little goes a long way but use your own taste buds to determine how much you would want to use.
