1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with liquid
1 pkg. sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped reduced fat honey roasted peanuts
4 small apples-cored and chopped (leave skin on for fiber)
1 12 oz carton fat-free whipped topping
2 cups mini marshmallows* (add extra 1 point)

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Serve chilled.
1 cup is 2 Weight Watchers points.
