2 cans of salmon
2 eggs
1 cup Ritz crackers
salt & pepper
1/2 tea. lemon juice
oil
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon pull apart and remove bones and skin. Put salmon in bowl with other ingredients and mix well. Shape into small patties and cover patties with flour. Fry in a small amount of oil until brown.
