6 Thin Steaks
1 c Cornmeal
1 tsp Adobo
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Peppr
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 Egg
1 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and milk together in a bowl. Combine corn meal and seasonings in another bowl. Dip steak into egg mixture and then bread with cornmeal mixture. Lightly brown with oil in a skillet. Place onto a baking dish and bake in oven at 350 until golden brown.
