4 c. crushed strawberries

3 1/4 c. sugar

1 box Surejell low sugar pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 c. of the sugar with the pectin in a small bowl. Mix with fruit and let stand 30 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining sugar until totally dissolved. Fill jars, leaving 1/2 in. head space. Screw on covers, set on counter for 24 hrs. and then freeze.
