4 pounds ground beef
2 med onions; chopped
1 green pepper; chopped
3 cans stewed tomatoes; cut up
4 cans 16 oz. kidney beans; drained & rinsed
1 can 14 1/2 oz. beef broth
3 tbs. chili powder
2 tbs. ground coriander
2 tbs. cumin
4 cloves garlic; minced
1 tsp. oregano

Cook beef, onion, pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients... reduce heat, cover, simmer
1 1/2 hours
