3 pkgs. frozen white shoepeg corn, thawed
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 to 2 c. milk
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Process 1 pkg. corn and milk in food processor until smooth. Melt butter and add all ingredients to a large ovenproof skillet. Cook at 350 for about 1 hour until well browned, stirring frequently.
