2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion diced
3 raw carrots - shredded
1 can tomato soup
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/2 cup raw rice
1/2 tsp. salt
Some pepper

Cook hamburger and onion. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Bake 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
Stir once during baking.
If dry, add more water.
