1 8-ounce package light cream cheese
1 8-ounce carton dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. dried dillweed
1-2 Tbsp. skim milk
Fresh dill (optional)
Assorted vegetable dippers such as cauliflower, zucchini, sweet peppers, and broccoli.

Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, and dillweed in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer till mixture is fluffy. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours
Stir the skim milk into the dip to make of desired consistency before serving. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill, if desired. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.
Makes about 2 cups, 32 (1 Tbsp.) servings
