1 1/2 lbs shrimp, cleaned and peeled
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 strips of bacon
3 cans tomatoes
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 lbs potatoes
dash of tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a six quart pot, add all ingredients except shrimp. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and cook about 30 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Serve over rice or with crackers.
