2 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cream tartar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. margarine softened 2/3 c. milk
Mix all ingredients. Cut in margarine, add milk. Knead dough. Roll into 12x10 in. rectangle on floured surface. Brush with 3 tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. cinnamon. Roll. Cut. Place in greased muffin tin. Bake in 425º oven for 12-15 minutes.
